Faiella Financial Group & Insurance Agency Ltd is a large independently owned Managing General Agency serving a broad network of Advisors located mainly throughout Northern Ontario and Manitoba although recently we have also had some Southern Ontario Advisors join our Agency.

Rocco and Charlene Faiella began operation on January 1, 1993 and have since built a strong reputation of providing first rate service to our Advisors over that time and continue to position our Agency as the MGA of choice throughout Northern Ontario.

Rocco Faiella brought 10 years of Life Insurance experience in both his successful career in Sales and then Sales Manager of a large Career Agency in Sudbury. Charlene brought extensive experience in Office and Administration Management and combined they have dedicated their focus in assisting their Advisors in building their Insurance and Wealth Management businesses through the extensive use of computers and technology.

Michael Vagnini joined Faiella Financial Group in April 2005 as Managing Director, Brokerage Development. Michael brings 23 years of experience as well in our Industry in both Sales and Broker Development.

In an effort to further enhance our ability to provide first class technology and services to our Advisor network, Faiella Financial Group & Insurance Agency Ltd joined forces with Paradigm Financial Group in 1998 which evolved into BridgeForce Financial Group in December 2005.
